This Jump is for Kenyan Medics to reflect on their mental health during this Covid-19 season. Especially this time its important to have meaningful conversations around the impact of the virus on your wellbeing.
Its a session to offload and refocus, to express and regain energy.
Its okay to be not okay, and to feel what you feel during these challenging times.
